You just need to mix equal parts of lemon juice and water, and rub it on the affected area to clean the stain. Table salt, too, can be used to scrub away the stain.
Baking Soda: Mix four tablespoons of baking soda in a quarter cup of lukewarm water to form a paste. Smear this paste liberally on the stained area and try to scrub the stain away.

You could use an old toothbrush or a fingernail brush for this purpose. Finally, leave the paste on the fabric for about an hour before washing it.

If the stain has faded but not disappeared completely, then you can repeat the procedure again. Aspirin is believed to be effective in getting rid of stains because it contains salicylic acid, which works in a similar way as acetic acid found in vinegar.
Hydrogen Peroxide: Hydrogen peroxide, too, works as a natural bleach. You can soak the affected area in a solution of 3% hydrogen peroxide and water. Leave it for about 20-30 minutes before washing it. Besides, you may use a combination of one part each of hydrogen peroxide, water, and baking soda.

Furthermore, you may use a mixture of one part dish soap and two parts hydrogen peroxide, and let it sit on the affected area for about one hour. While using peroxide, make sure you rinse it out completely because it shall turn yellow when exposed to the sun.
White Vinegar: If you are bothered about the fading of the color of the garment due to strong solutions like hydrogen peroxide, consider using white vinegar. You can treat the stains with one tablespoon of white vinegar mixed in half a cup of water. After rubbing it on the fabric, let it sit for about half an hour before putting it in the washing machine.

You may also try a combination of half a cup each of vinegar and baking soda, and leave it overnight. For delicate fabrics such as rayon, silk, wool, etc., you may blot the stained area with the diluted vinegar solution before washing them.

Meat Tenderizer: Surprisingly, an enzymatic meat tenderizer (non-seasoned) can also work as a great deodorant and sweat stain remover.

To use this trick, you need to moisten the stained patch with water, sprinkling the tenderizer on it, and then rub it. Launder as usual. Meat tenderizers contain enzymes like bromelain that help break down the proteins in sweat without ruining the fabric.
